Is Granby Manor kid-friendly?
 -Our attractions, including Granby Manor, are designed to be intense and scary. It is not recommend that young children tour the manor, but kids of all ages experience our attractions each year.

How long have you been open?
 -Granby Manor was the 6th annual haunted attraction operated by MLA Industries and Entertainments, LLC. You can read more about our parent company and our defunct at attractions at: mlaindustries.com/haunted-attractions.

Can I take a picture with an actor?
 -Photography (with or without flash), video, and audio recording is strictly prohibited beyond the queue entrance for the safety of our actors and cast members. Cameras, phones, selfie sticks, flashlights, costume props, etc. are not permitted beyond the queue entrance. 

Can I wear a costume?
 -For everyone's enjoyment and personal safety, we do not allow anyone wearing a costume to enter the attraction queue. Loose articles are not permitted inside the attraction.


Will anyone touch me?
 -During your tour of the manor, you will encounter special effects including strobe lights, contact with water, loud noises, complete darkness, fog, and possible physical contact with actors. 

Do I Have to sign a Waiver?  

-No. By entering Granby Manor grounds you agree to the terms and conditions that are announced at the attraction entrance. You can read a detailed copy of the terms here.

Do kids have to be accompanied by an adult?  

-Yes, children under the age of 15 will be denied entry unless accompanied by a parent.

Do I have to order tickets online?  

-No, admission can be paid for at the entrance. If you choose to order a ticket online, please note that you will not be able to use it on the day you purchased it.
